What I Provide as Your Postpartum Doula

My support is holistic, practical, and heart-centered, including:

• Newborn care & feeding support (breast, chest, or bottle)

• Light meal and snack preparation

• Light housekeeping & laundry

• Infant soothing, swaddling, and safe sleep guidance

• Emotional support and space to process your birth experience

• Support for partners and siblings during this transition

• Personalized referrals to trusted local resources

• A grounded, nurturing presence that supports your well-being

My Rate

• $45-$50/hour

• Minimum 3-hour shifts

• Available days, evenings, and select weekends

Typical shift lengths:

• Daytime support: 3–4 hours

• Overnight support: 8 hours

Payment & Booking

• A 25% deposit is required to secure your dates and times.

  This deposit goes toward your support package and holds your spot in my schedule.
