I am honored to support you through one of the most transformative experiences of your life — birth. As your doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support, ensuring that you feel empowered, confident, and deeply cared for throughout your birthing journey.

Whether you're planning a home birth, hospital birth, or birthing center experience, I am here to walk alongside you with presence and purpose. My role is to offer steady guidance, comforting hands-on techniques, and evidence-based resources tailored to your unique path.

• Comfort measures including massage, breathwork, movement, and positioning

• Mind-body preparation and grounding practices

• Education on birth options, interventions, and informed decision-making

• Advocacy and clear communication with your birth team

• Immediate postpartum support including golden hour bonding and newborn feeding assistance

Investment: $1,200

This birth doula package includes:

• Two prenatal visits (60–90 minutes each) to explore your birth preferences, practice comfort techniques, and prepare emotionally and physically for labor

• On-call availability from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby

• Continuous in-person labor and birth support

• Immediate postpartum care for up to 2 hours after birth

• One postpartum follow-up visit in your home

• Unlimited phone, text, and email support throughout your care
